Q:
Well I guess you searched in the wrong places. As you can see in the post I just made to your previous post I have pulled four quotes out of four Cisco CCNA Certification Guides that show I am right. Also in my previous responses to your posts I have outlined multiple places to obtain the information. All be it one or two may be obscure, however, I do no have much time left, and so if you really need more resources I would be happy to gather more at a later time.
" I have searched all over the net to see any mention from any body of standards (iso[osi], ieee, rfc) and none have mentioned ARP as a layer 3."
Your funny dude, and I'm tired. But really come on now, you searched all over, all I had to do was pull a few books off the shelf. I haven't seen any of this research presented to the contrary.
"But, I am like you...when I want the answers, the real answers, I go to the places that create the standards."
I have not actually seen any real resources used on your part. Except the ones on your later posts of which I will get to next. By the way, could you quote a few clear concise well known authors stating other than my position.
