Q:
I doubt you are a dumb ass. A lot of people are passing this with TestKin(g)s so if you are not using them then you are in the same group as a lot of people. I mean, look at the material this exam covers, its just crazy. I'm using a lot of material for this exam since I'm not going for any instructor training and am hoping that it will get me through. Anyway good luck on your next try. By the way, Boson is supposed to be the best for Cisco exams like Transcenders are supposed to be the best for MS exams. I know a Network Engineer right out of college with 6 months experience who practiced with Bosons and got his CCCNA/P real quick.

A:
When I passed the CCNA I used cisco press book, the sybex routersims, and the boson practice tests. Although the cisco press has more information than you need to know to pass the test I think by looking in deeper helps to make more connections to the basic stuff. I've looked at the boson routersim and it looks better than the sybex was at the time. The boson is more customizable and has a bunch of practice labs. The boson practice tests and playing a lot with the routersim really helps.
Get you hands on a router and get playing.
